Discovery Home Inspections' custom, professionally designed Inspection Report System is highly detailed in documentation, while still being easy to read and understand. 

The inspection report will be provided to you in digital format as a PDF document that is e-mailed to you as an attachment following your inspection. In that e-mail, there will also be a link to our online photo-viewing site where you'll be able to view all your inspection photos. This method of reporting and photo-viewing allows you to share, at your discretion, your inspection report and photos.

If it's a private, attached garage, the interior-only will be inspected. This does not apply to single family home inspections.

Note: On interior-only inspections for condominiums and town homes, windows and doors will still be inspected from the interior.
